I have the energy, enthusiasm and experience to tackle our biggest challenges.
I’m an urban planner and transport advisor - making cities better is my day job. I’ve served local communities for 14 years in or for local government. I currently provide strategic advice to local government, iwi and social enterprises all over the motu to in strategic planning, project management and government relations.
All this has given me a deep understanding of how local government systems work, what good looks like and how these systems can improve people’s lives.
I have a degree in business studies, including a year studying economics and politics in Amsterdam, and a post-graduate diploma in resource and environmental planning.
My roots are here. I grew up in Wallaceville and attended local schools. We live on a small rural property in the north of Upper Hutt with our two young boys and dog Bowie.
